Eric Nicolaides

Eric Nicolaides is Group Chairman and Chief Executive of Wildcat Equity Partners, a privately held family investment firm building and investing in Infrastructure and Life Sciences. He leads the firm's investment and capital strategy, senior executive recruitment and key strategic partnerships.

An entrepreneur and investor with more than two decades of experience, he has founded, financed and developed businesses across renewable energy, telecommunications and healthcare, and advised family offices on complex private investments. His focus is on opportunities where commercial structure and active execution can reduce risk and support long-term value.

In infrastructure, his work has spanned renewable energy financing in the United States, development and solar supply-chain investment in India, and utility-scale solar, wind and storage development through a business he co-founded. His telecommunications work included developing ultra-low-latency microwave network assets for algorithmic trading firms across the United States, Europe and Asia and leading the sale of development-stage networks.

His life sciences experience includes building a pharmaceutical business developing treatments for drug-resistant infections, investing in pharmaceutical research services, and developing analytical laboratory businesses. He also developed the concept and commercial structure for a public-private academic cancer drug development initiative.

He holds a BA in Economics from Northwestern University and undertook medical training at Northwestern's Feinberg School of Medicine.
