Glenn Vogel

Glenn Vogel is Chief Executive Officer of Wildcat Defense. A national security executive, investor, entrepreneur and retired U.S. Marine Corps officer, he has more than three decades of leadership across defense, the industrial base, critical infrastructure and private investment.

He served for more than two decades as a U.S. Marine Corps officer, with assignments spanning special operations, interagency cooperation and international security, including roles supporting the U.S. Department of State.

Following his military career, he acquired a controlling interest in Espire Services, a Virginia-based government services company, in 2019 and served as its Chief Executive Officer. Under his leadership, the company supported U.S. Department of Defense and Department of State programs domestically and internationally.

After he successfully exited Espire, he worked as an investor, operator and advisor across defense technology, aerospace, advanced manufacturing and critical materials, and stepped into portfolio companies to do the work directly when it was needed.

As Chief Executive Officer, he will lead Wildcat Defense's investment strategy, acquisitions and portfolio operations, while developing relationships with government customers and allied partners.
